NCT ID NCT07093671
First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests whether a type of talk therapy called Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT) can help young people aged 14-30 who are at high risk for psychosis. Half of the 212 participants will get MBT plus standard care, and the other half will get standard care alone. The goal is to see if MBT reduces the chance of developing full psychosis and eases early symptoms.
