Summary

This study tests whether MB11, a biosimilar (a nearly identical copy) of the cancer drug nivolumab (Opdivo), works as well as the original drug in people with advanced melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. About 632 adults who have not yet been treated for their advanced melanoma will receive either MB11 or Opdivo. The goal is to see if MB11 is equally effective and safe, potentially offering a more affordable treatment option.
