Summary
This study tests a new treatment called MB-CART2019.1 in children and teens (ages 6 months to under 18) with B-cell cancers that have come back or not responded to other treatments. The therapy uses the patient's own immune cells, modified to attack cancer cells. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and how many patients have their tumors shrink or disappear.
