Summary

This study tests a new treatment called MB-CART2019.1 in children and teens (ages 6 months to under 18) with B-cell cancers that came back or didn't respond to previous treatments. The therapy uses the patient's own immune cells, modified to attack cancer cells. The main goals are to see if the treatment can shrink tumors and to check for side effects.
