Summary
This study is testing whether a mobile app called Maya Perinatal Cognitive Behavioral Skills App is easy and helpful for pregnant people and new parents up to 12 months after birth. Participants will complete 12 app modules that teach practical skills to manage anxiety, stress, and mood. The researchers will collect feedback through surveys and interviews to see if the app is acceptable and useful. The goal is to see if using the app can help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression during the perinatal period.
