NCT ID NCT07262892
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at two methods for widening the upper jaw in children aged 6-12 who have a narrow upper jaw. Sixty children will take part: 20 will use a clear Invisalign expander, 20 will use a traditional acrylic expander, and 20 will not receive treatment. Researchers will use 3D scans to measure changes in jaw width, tooth angle, and facial shape right after expansion, at 3 months, and at 6 months. The goal is to see which method works better and how the results compare.
