NCT ID NCT07262892

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study looks at two methods for widening the upper jaw in children aged 6 to 12 who have a narrow upper jaw. Sixty children will take part: 20 will use a clear Invisalign expander, 20 will use a traditional acrylic expander, and 20 will not receive treatment. Researchers will take 3D scans to measure changes in jaw width, tooth angles, and facial soft tissues over 6 months. The goal is to see which method works better and provide evidence for dentists.
