Summary
This study looked at whether matrix rhythm therapy, a type of physical therapy using rhythmic movements, can improve daily function, quality of life, breathing, and physical performance in people with axial spondyloarthritis (a chronic inflammatory arthritis of the spine). Twenty-seven adults with active disease participated. The therapy aimed to reduce morning stiffness and low back pain, which are common symptoms.
