Summary
This study looked at whether matrix rhythm therapy, a gentle vibrating treatment, can improve movement, quality of life, breathing, and physical performance in people with axial spondyloarthritis, a chronic inflammatory disease causing back pain and stiffness. Twenty-seven adults with active disease participated. The therapy was added to standard care to see if it eases symptoms and boosts daily function.
