Summary
This study looked at 126 mothers and their toddlers to see if a mother's depressed mood is linked to her child's sleep problems. Researchers also checked if the way parents handle bedtime (sleep parenting practices) changes that link. The goal was to better understand these connections, not to test a treatment.
