Summary
This study is testing two different levels of a support program designed to prevent severe health complications during and after pregnancy. It focuses on Black and Hispanic pregnant patients who are at higher risk. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either more frequent check-ins and guidance or a lighter-touch version, to see which approach better reduces serious health problems.
