Summary
This early-stage study tests a combination of immune therapies in 12 children and young adults (ages 4-30) whose medulloblastoma has come back. The treatment uses specially trained immune cells, a vaccine, and stem cells, along with a drug that helps the immune system attack the tumor. The main goals are to see if this approach is safe and possible to deliver.
