Summary
This study tests two drugs, dabrafenib and trametinib, in people with advanced cancers that have a specific genetic change called a BRAF V600 mutation. The goal is to see if these drugs can shrink tumors or stop them from growing. The trial includes 44 participants with various cancer types, excluding certain common ones like melanoma and lung cancer.
