First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study tests two targeted drugs, dabrafenib and trametinib, in people with advanced cancers that have a specific BRAF gene mutation (V600E or V600K). The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors or stop them from growing. About 44 adults with various cancer types (excluding melanoma, thyroid, colorectal, and lung cancers) are taking part. The treatment is not a cure but aims to control the disease.
