Massage may ease back pain for healthcare workers

Summary
This study tests if massage therapy can reduce low back pain in healthcare workers. Researchers will give massages to 60 workers aged 30-65 who have had pain for at least 3 months. The goal is to see if massage can relieve pain and improve daily function.
