Summary

This study looks at whether massage and light touch therapies can change brain activity and help reduce anxiety. About 46 healthy adults will be randomly assigned to receive either Swedish massage or light touch therapy twice a week for six weeks. Brain scans before and after the therapy period will measure changes in brain function and connections.
