Summary

This completed Phase 1 trial studied how the experimental drug BI 1291583 is broken down and removed from the body. Eight healthy men took a single oral dose containing a tiny radioactive marker. Researchers measured the drug and its breakdown products in blood, urine, and stool over several weeks to understand how the body handles it. This study does not test any treatment effect.
