Summary
This study aims to understand the genetic and molecular changes that happen in people with bone marrow failure disorders, such as aplastic anemia and myelodysplastic syndromes. Researchers will analyze blood and bone marrow samples from up to 1,400 participants, including healthy volunteers, to track how these changes affect the disease over time. The goal is to learn more about why some patients develop complications like leukemia, which could lead to better treatments in the future.
