Could a Fish-Based pill ease your aching knees?
NCT ID NCT07119645
Summary
This study is testing whether a daily supplement made from salmon collagen (NT-II™) can reduce knee pain caused by activities like walking or climbing stairs in otherwise healthy adults. Researchers will compare two doses of the salmon supplement to a common joint supplement containing glucosamine and chondroitin. The 12-week study is conducted entirely from home, with 120 participants tracking their pain and activity remotely.
