Could salmon collagen ease your aching knees?
NCT ID NCT07119645
Summary
This study is testing whether a daily supplement made from salmon collagen can help reduce knee pain that healthy adults feel during activities like climbing stairs or walking. Researchers will compare two doses of the salmon supplement against a common joint supplement (glucosamine and chondroitin) over 12 weeks. The entire study is conducted remotely—participants receive everything by mail and report their symptoms through an app, with no in-person visits required.
