Summary
This study compares different lengths of maribavir treatment for CMV infection that doesn't respond to standard therapy in adults who had a stem cell transplant. About 218 participants will receive maribavir for either a shorter or longer period to see which better prevents the infection from coming back. The goal is to find the most effective treatment duration to control CMV without long-term medication.
