Summary

This study tests whether a 6-month adapted physical activity program can improve endurance in children and teenagers with Marfan syndrome. About 30 participants aged 7 to 17 will take part. The program focuses on safe, tailored exercises to help them be more active without putting strain on their heart and blood vessels.
