Summary
This study tests whether a fruit compote made with maqui berry, prebiotics, and probiotics can lower anxiety and inflammation in young adults. Thirty university students will eat the compote and have their anxiety levels, stress hormones, and inflammatory markers measured before and after. The goal is to see if this food can support mental health through the gut-brain connection.
