Summary
This study tested whether manual therapy (hands-on treatment) to the neck could help people with a type of tinnitus linked to neck problems. 31 adults with neck pain and tinnitus received either manual therapy or a sham treatment. The main goal was to see if tinnitus severity improved. The study is complete, but results are not yet reported.
