Summary
This study tests a combined manual therapy program for people with long-term jaw joint disorders (TMD). The treatment includes gentle hands-on techniques for the jaw, neck, and areas linked to emotions, plus exercises. Researchers will measure changes in pain, jaw movement, balance, mood, and sleep quality in 60 adults aged 18-60.
