Summary

This study tests a combined manual therapy program for people with temporomandibular joint disorder (TMD), a condition causing jaw pain and limited movement. The treatment includes standard physical therapy plus special techniques targeting the brain's emotional center. Researchers will measure changes in pain, jaw motion, balance, mood, and sleep in 60 adults aged 18-60 with TMD symptoms lasting at least 6 months.
