NCT ID NCT07326020
First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looked at how different types of hands-on therapy affect balance, muscle stiffness, and foot flexibility in active adults with flat feet. 33 people aged 18-35 with flexible flat feet were split into groups receiving either joint-focused or soft-tissue-focused manual therapy, or no treatment. The goal was to see which approach works best right after treatment, helping guide future care for flat feet without symptoms.
