New drug duo aims to tame aggressive blood cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether taking two oral medications, pirtobrutinib and venetoclax, together can help control mantle cell lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding to other treatments. It will enroll about 30 adults whose cancer has relapsed or is resistant to therapy. The main goals are to see how well the combination shrinks the cancer and to monitor its safety.
