First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of chemotherapy (bendamustine) and targeted drugs (orelabrutinib plus an anti-CD20 antibody) as a first treatment for mantle cell lymphoma in patients aged 65 and older, or those 60-64 who cannot have a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if this approach improves how long patients live without their cancer getting worse. The study uses advanced scans and blood tests to monitor response and guide treatment.
