First seen Apr 29, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (acalabrutinib, lenalidomide, and either rituximab or obinutuzumab) in people with untreated mantle cell lymphoma, a rare blood cancer. About 37 participants will receive the treatment for about a year, followed by ongoing maintenance therapy to keep the disease under control. The goal is to see how well the combination works and how safe it is.
