Summary
This study tested two simple, drug-free methods to help nursing students feel less anxious before a practical exam. One hundred students were randomly assigned to either color mandala designs or do a guided meditation for 30 minutes right before their test. Researchers measured their anxiety levels before and after to see which activity was more effective at reducing stress.
