Coloring books vs meditation: which calms Test-Takers best?
NCT ID NCT07470632
Summary
This study tested two simple, drug-free methods to help nursing students feel less anxious before a big practical exam. Researchers randomly assigned 100 students to either color mandala designs or practice a guided meditation for 30 minutes right before their test. They measured anxiety levels before and after to see which activity was more effective at reducing stress.
