Can coloring and music soothe PMS? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07097558
Summary
This study aims to see if two simple activities—coloring mandala patterns or listening to classical music—can help reduce the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and improve quality of life. It will involve 108 university students with PMS, who will try one of the activities for 8 weeks or be in a comparison group. Researchers will measure changes in PMS symptoms and well-being to see if these relaxing methods provide relief.
