Can coloring and music soothe your monthly cycle?
NCT ID NCT07097558
Summary
This study is testing whether two simple activities—coloring mandala patterns or listening to classical music—can help reduce the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and improve quality of life. It will involve 108 university students with PMS, who will try these activities for 8 weeks. Researchers will compare their results to a group that does not receive any special intervention.
