First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looked at whether coloring mandalas (circular patterns) can help women ages 40-65 with menopause symptoms like hot flashes, low self-esteem, and sexual concerns. 70 women were split into two groups: one colored mandalas for 30 minutes once a week for 4 weeks, and the other did nothing new. Results showed that the coloring group reported fewer menopause symptoms and better sexual quality of life compared to the control group.
