Summary

This study looked at 31 women who had the Manchester operation for pelvic organ prolapse. The goal was to see how the surgery changed their sexual function and quality of life. Results showed improvements in both areas, suggesting this uterus-saving surgery is a good option for younger women or those who want to keep their uterus.
