Summary
This study tests whether a personalized diet program and exercise, alone or together, can improve muscle strength and reduce fat in older adults with sarcopenic obesity (loss of muscle plus excess fat). About 380 people aged 65+ will take part in a 24-week program. The goal is to find a practical way to help seniors stay stronger and healthier.
