Summary

This study looked at whether certain treatments can help control irritability and aggression in people who have had a traumatic brain injury (TBI). It included 81 adults aged 18 to 70 who had a closed head injury at least 6 months earlier and whose irritability was new or worse than before the injury. Researchers measured changes in behavior using a standard questionnaire over 91 days.
