Summary
This study looks at how well a drug called mavacamten works for adults in Japan who have a heart condition called obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HOCM) and are already taking another drug, cibenzoline. The goal is to see if mavacamten helps improve blood flow from the heart and reduces symptoms like chest pain or shortness of breath. About 36 people will take part, and researchers will track their heart function and any side effects over time.
