First seen Mar 10, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looks at whether changing the order of mammogram pictures can reduce pain and improve satisfaction for women who have had breast cancer. About 400 women who had breast-conserving surgery within the last five years will be randomly assigned to one of four different sequences of mammography views. The goal is to find the most comfortable way to perform surveillance mammograms without affecting image quality.
