Summary
This study aims to find out how many adults visiting hospital clinics in Turkey are at risk for malnutrition and sarcopenia (muscle loss). Researchers will use a simple questionnaire and measure things like weight, calf size, and hand grip strength. No treatment is given—this is purely an observation to understand the problem better.
