Summary

This study aims to find out how common malnutrition and muscle loss (sarcopenia) are among adult outpatients in Turkey. Researchers will screen 7,500 people aged 18 and older visiting hospital clinics for any reason. Participants answer a questionnaire and have simple measurements like weight, height, calf size, and hand grip strength. No treatment is given—this is purely an observation to understand the problem better.
