NCT ID NCT07451808

First seen Mar 13, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests whether a specific set of pelvic floor exercises (called Exercise G128) can help men with erectile dysfunction, urinary incontinence, or premature ejaculation. One hundred men aged 18 to 60 will do the exercises four times a week for one month and have bi-weekly video check-ins. The goal is to see if the exercises strengthen key muscles and improve symptoms without causing harm.
