Summary
This study tests whether giving entire communities a malaria vaccine, anti-malaria drugs, or both together can reduce malaria cases more than the usual care. About 10,000 people aged 6 months and older in African villages will take part. The goal is to find the best way to lower malaria infections and save lives.
