Summary
This study looked at two types of physical therapy for people with shoulder pain lasting 3 months to 1 year. 46 adults received either Maitland or Mulligan mobilization to see which better reduces pain and improves daily function. The goal was to find the most effective hands-on approach for easing shoulder discomfort and helping people get back to normal activities.
