Summary
This study looked at two physical therapy techniques—Maitland and Mulligan mobilization—to see which works better for easing shoulder pain and improving daily function. 46 adults with shoulder pain lasting 3 to 12 months took part. Researchers measured pain, disability, mood, and how people coped with pain to find out which method helps more.
