Summary
This study looks at whether taking daratumumab for a longer time after initial treatment helps people with AL amyloidosis live longer without the disease coming back. About 96 adults who have already responded to daratumumab will be assigned to either shorter or longer maintenance therapy. The goal is to find the best approach to keep the disease under control.
