Summary
This early-phase trial tested a combination of two drugs, magrolimab and dinutuximab, in 12 children and young adults whose neuroblastoma or osteosarcoma had returned or stopped responding to treatment. The main goals were to find the safest dose and to see if the combination could shrink or stabilize tumors. The study also looked at side effects and how the body processes the drugs.
