First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study aims to see if a new device called a magnetocardiogram (MCG) can quickly and accurately find blocked heart arteries in people with suspected heart attack symptoms. About 14,000 adults with chest pain will get an MCG scan along with standard tests. If successful, MCG could help doctors diagnose heart problems faster and more accurately than current methods.
