New magnetic therapy aims to help Parkinson's patients walk better

Summary

This study tests if magnetic stimulation applied to the spine and brain can improve walking and balance in people with Parkinson's disease. Thirty participants will receive 10 sessions of either neck or upper-back stimulation combined with brain stimulation. The goal is to find the best spot to stimulate to help with movement and quality of life.
